Refunds & Exchanges

We are confident you will be completely delighted with your order, although, if there is a problem please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we may address your concern. We will accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of shipment. The item must be in the original condition upon return. You the buyer are responsible for the return postage. We will inspect the returned item and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse a full refund based on the condition. Sherys Jewelry  will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. PLEASE NOTE; we do not refund “custom” orders. If the error was our mistake we will fix it immediately and refund any shipping costs.
